ACME Thread Adaptors & ACME Hose Tail Adaptors with Nipple

Kaybin machines ACME thread adaptors and ACME hose tail adaptors with nipples to convert ACME-threaded drum, IBC and tanker outlets into either the correct thread standard or a secure hose connection. Each adaptor is made to spec so ACME thread fit, sealing face and the opposite-side interface (thread or nipple geometry) match your duty and existing hardware.

Function & Typical Applications

• Converts ACME connections to BSP / NPT / straight threads or to a hose tail/nipple (thread-to-thread or thread-to-hose interface)
• Used on drum/IBC fittings, loading arms, transfer manifolds and tanker lines
• Speeds up connection for loading, decanting and washdown hoses
• Reduces leaks, cross-threading and incorrect coupling selection

Material & Design Options

• 316 stainless steel body as standard for corrosion resistance and hygiene
• ACME male or female thread (size to spec)
• Opposite-side options: BSP / NPT / straight threads / custom hybrids
• Hose nipple sized to your hose ID (smooth or barbed)
• Optional hex or wrench flats for safe tightening and removal
