Kaybin manufactures and reverse-engineers non-return valve components and check valve inserts to drawing or sample for industrial and OEM valve assemblies. Each component is machined for precise sealing against the valve seat to control backflow, pressure spikes and leakage in demanding process piping duties.

Function & Typical Applications

• Moving closure element in wafer, swing, in-line and insert-style non-return / check valves
• Seals against the seat to prevent reverse flow and protect downstream equipment
• Machined for stable closing to reduce chatter and pressure spikes (duty-dependent)
• Used in process piping for water treatment, chemical, food & beverage, mining and general industrial service

Material Options

• 316 stainless steel for corrosion and washdown duty
• 304 stainless steel for general industrial service
• Carbon / alloy steels for higher strength and wear duty
• Other alloys or coatings on request to match media and service conditions

Operating Conditions

• Liquid or gas service (valve design and material dependent)
• Pressure and temperature matched to valve class and seat design
• Duty conditions where leakage, chatter or seat wear affects performance

Engineering Details Required

• Valve type, nominal size and pressure class (or OEM reference)
• Seat geometry and component dimensions (or send a sample)
• Media, pressure, temperature and any solids or abrasives
• Priority: tight shut-off, low pressure drop, anti-chatter, corrosion resistance
• Quantity and urgency (breakdown vs planned shutdown)
