Kaybin manufactures custom rubber and PTFE industrial diaphragms for diaphragm pumps, air operated double diaphragm (AODD) systems, metering pumps and diaphragm valve assemblies where flexible media isolation and controlled displacement are critical.

Each diaphragm is moulded or machined to drawing or  sample to match housing geometry, bolt circle, clamping configuration and operating conditions. Compound, reinforcement structure and profile are selected according to pressure differential, stroke frequency, chemical exposure and duty cycle.

This page covers dynamic pump and valve diaphragms only. It does not include rupture discs, inflatable bladders or static gasket materials.
