Kaybin manufactures industrial, precision-machined spray nozzle fittings to drawing or sample for washdown, spray, dosing, and process systems. Each fitting is machined for correct thread engagement, sealing face alignment, and flow compatibility so the nozzle seats properly, seals reliably, and performs consistently in industrial and OEM equipment.

Function & Typical Applications

• Connects spray nozzles to pipework, manifolds, spray bars, and headers
• Ensures correct sealing at the thread/seat to prevent leaks and blow-off
• Used in washdown systems, CIP lines, cooling sprays, dosing skids, tank cleaning, and OEM spray assemblies
• Used with flat spray, full cone, hollow cone and CIP spray nozzles on industrial lines

Material & Design Options

• Stainless steel (commonly 304/316) for corrosion/washdown duty
• Other metals on request to match existing hardware/spec
• Machined thread types to match requirement (sample/drawing driven)
• Hex/wrench flats for safe tightening and removal
• Optimised to maintain nozzle performance and reduce leakage/clogging risk

• Wet and corrosive environments, frequent washdown, chemical exposure (grade-dependent)
• Static or repeated removal/maintenance cycles
• Flow/pressure conditions matched to fitting geometry and seal interface
