Polyurethane Wear & Sealing Components

Kaybin manufactures custom polyurethane (PU) wear parts and sealing components to drawing or sample for industrial and OEM equipment. PU grade, hardness and construction are selected to match load, impact, speed and environmental conditions for consistent wear life and controlled sealing performance.

This collection includes polyurethane wheels and rollers, wear pads and slides, bushes and buffers, and sealing elements used in conveyors, chutes, hydraulic systems and general plant machinery. (Components mentioned here are examples, not the full product range.) Components can be produced with metal cores, backing plates or inserts where required to suit the installation.

Provide the application, duty conditions and required dimensions (or a sample), and Kaybin will confirm the correct PU profile before manufacture.
